About these terms

aidimedimebaby is operated by LENEXUS TECHNOLOGIES INC., a company registered in Canada Nova Scotia ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By using aidimedimebaby, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live.

Accounts and guest use

Where aidimedimebaby lets you start without an account, we keep a guest session in your browser. When you sign in with your email, your guest videos and credits move to your account.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Your photos and consent

Only upload photos that you have the right to use. Every person shown in a photo must be you, or must have given you permission to turn their photo into a video and to share it.

Do not upload photos of children, or of celebrities, politicians or other public figures. Our video providers check photos and may reject them.

What you may not do

Do not use aidimedimebaby to deceive, impersonate, harass or harm anyone; to create sexual or violent content of real people; to present a generated video as real footage in order to mislead; or to break any law. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access it in unauthorised ways.

We may refuse, remove or stop any generation that we believe breaks these rules.

Your videos

You may download your videos and share them for personal use, including on social media. The template footage and music in your video belong to us or our licensors: do not extract them or reuse them on their own. Commercial use of a video requires our written permission.

Videos are made by AI. They can be inaccurate and may not look exactly like the people in your photos.

Credits and payment

Making a video costs the number of credits shown before you start. You buy credits through Stripe; prices are shown at checkout.

If a video fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically, except credits that expired in the meantime. If you retry after an error, you are not charged twice for the same video.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits you buy do not currently expire; free or bonus credits may expire. Purchases are final once the credits are delivered, except where the law requires a refund or we made a mistake; contact us if something went wrong.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove templates, models and providers, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

Our content

The service, its software, its design and the templates (including their footage and music) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using aidimedimebaby at any time. We may suspend or close access if you break these terms or use the service in a harmful way.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Canada Nova Scotia, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell you on the site or by email. Using the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
