## How credits work

Every video costs credits. The cost depends on the template, the model and the quality you pick, and is shown before you start.
Credits are bought in one-time packs; they are taken from your balance when a video starts.

## Credit packs

| Credits | Price |
| --- | --- |
| 60 | $4.99 |
| 130 | $9.99 |
| 280 | $19.99 |

## Refunds

If a video fails (for example the photos are rejected, the render fails or it times out), its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You are only charged for videos that finish.
