What aidimedimebaby collects, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
aidimedimebaby is operated by LENEXUS TECHNOLOGIES INC., a company registered in Canada Nova Scotia. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Your email address when you sign in, or the contact email you give at checkout when you pay as a guest; and the name and profile picture you add to your account.
The photos you upload, the options you choose, and the videos we make for you.
Your credit balance and purchase history. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and are never sent to us.
Technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, used for security and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To make your videos, run your account and credits, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
We send only service emails, such as sign-in codes and the result of your video. We do not send marketing emails.
Your photos
Photos of faces are sensitive. By uploading a photo you give us your express consent to process it, and the faces in it, only to make the video you asked for. You confirm that everyone shown has given you the same consent.
We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
Where it is processed
Our providers may process information outside the country where we are registered, including in the United States and other countries, where the law may give different protections.
How long we keep it
Photos you upload to make a video are deleted 30 days after upload. Where a video provider lets us delete its copies, we do so after your video is finished.
We keep your videos, profile and account information while your account exists, or until you ask us to delete them. When your account is deleted, we delete your videos and photos but keep payment and credit records, together with the email address they belong to, as required for accounting and legal purposes. Backups are kept for up to 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@aidimedimebaby.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer make videos for you.
You can also complain to the privacy regulator where you live or where we are registered.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of children must not be uploaded.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and tell you about significant changes on the site or by email.
